Postal Ballot Facilitation Centers notified

Diphu April 1: Karbi Anglong District Election Administration has notified the designated Postal Ballot Facilitation Centers in Diphu to facilitate civil officials, police personnel, drivers, handymen, cleaners, and other staff engaged in election duty who wish to cast their votes through postal ballot.

For Police personnel, the facility will be available on April 5 and April 6, 2026, at the Conference Hall, Police Reserve, Diphu. 

This arrangement is applicable for voters of Bokajan, Howraghat and Diphu as well as voters of other districts.

For civil personnel, drivers, handymen, cleaners, and others, the arrangements will be available on April 4at Room No. 10 of DC Office, Diphu, for Diphu. 

On April 5 and April 6, 2026, voting will continue in Room No. 10, DC Office, Diphu, for Diphu constituency and LACs of other districts.

Additionally, on April 4, 5, and 6, 2026 at Room No. 19, DC of Office, Diphu, will facilitate voters from Bokajan and Howraghat LAC.

The Karbi Anglong District Administration has made these arrangements to ensure that all eligible personnel engaged in election duty are able to exercise their franchise through the postal ballot system in a smooth and convenient manner.
