Young Girl from Karbi Anglong Defies Poverty, Wins Recognition in Modeling

Proving that poverty cannot stand in the way of determination and talent, a young girl named Diksha Devi from Guha village in Kheroni has emerged as a rising face in the modeling world.

Hailing from an underprivileged family, Diksha has made her mark through sheer dedication and hard work. She was recently honoured with the prestigious Assam Gaurav Award at an event organized by Ramdhenu 5G, bringing pride to her village and the district.

Despite financial hardships, Diksha has actively participated in several programs and competitions in the past, winning multiple awards and recognition for her performances.

Adding another milestone to her journey, she has now earned an opportunity to participate in an upcoming event in Mumbai, often referred to as the “City of Dreams,” where she hopes to take her talent to a larger stage.
Diksha has expressed her gratitude and is seeking blessings and support from the people as she prepares to represent her region at the national level.
