Ayachak Ashram Donates Rs 21 Lakh to Assam Flood Relief

Haflong, September 11: The Ayachak Ashram has extended financial assistance to the flood-affected people of Assam by donating Rs 21 lakh towards flood relief efforts.
A delegation from the Ayachak Ashram, led by Param Pujaniya Shri Shri Tapan Brahmachariji, head of the Nikhil Bishva Akhanda Sangha, met Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma at Guwahati on September 10, 2026.
During the courtesy meeting, the delegation handed over the Rs 21 lakh financial assistance to the Chief Minister for extending support to people affected by the devastating floods in the state.
The initiative by the Ayachak Ashram to stand beside the flood-hit people during the difficult period has been widely appreciated as a significant gesture of humanitarian service and social responsibility.
