Central Minister Reviews Developmental Works in Dima Hasao

Haflong, March 5: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar today reviewed various schemes and projects of different departments through a video conference from Guwahati.

During the meeting, Principal Secretary Partha Sarati Jahari, ACS presented a detailed overview of departmental activities. Heads of departments, apex bodies, and representatives of several organizations also participated. The review covered key sectors including Panchayat & Rural Development, Education, Health, Social Welfare, and Agriculture.

The Minister is scheduled to visit Dima Hasao tomorrow to physically inspect ongoing projects. His itinerary includes PMGSY roads, Anganwadi centres, ME/LP schools, Fair Price shops, Health Sub-centres, JJM projects, and PMAY-G schemes. He will also visit Civil Hospital, PM Shri Govt. Girls’ Higher Secondary School, and interact with villagers and beneficiaries at Sampardisa village.
