District Commissioner, Morigaon Srishti Singh, yesterday attended the Valedictory and Certificate Distribution Programme of the Rural Self-Employment Training Institute (RSETI), Morigaon.

The initiative, sponsored by Punjab National Bank (PNB) under the aegis of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, aims to foster self-reliance and entrepreneurship among rural youth through localized skill development.

During the ceremony, the District Commissioner congratulated the outgoing trainees on successfully completing their skill development modules and handed over certificates of completion. Speaking on the occasion, she appreciated the efforts of RSETI in empowering the youth of Morigaon through skill-based training, and encouraged the trainees to utilise their newly acquired skills towards self-reliance and entrepreneurship.

The event was attended by officials from RSETI, Punjab National Bank, and other dignitaries.
